Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy for Textile Sizing Agents 1. Order Cancellation & Deposit Rule: Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once the order is confirmed and deposit is paid, the deposit is non-refundable if the buyer cancels the order. Once the order has been shipped, no cancellation will be accepted. 2. Return & Exchange Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the internal textile sizing agents have proven quality issues (defective, deteriorated, unqualified). No returns or exchanges for outer package damage, personal reasons, or bulk orders without quality issues. 3. Return Request Timeframe: Any return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by clear photos/videos of the quality issue. 4. Return Shipping Cost: Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our product quality error. 5. Refund Processing: Refund will be processed within 3-5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned items, credited to your original payment method. 6. Bulk Order Special Rule: All bulk orders are confirmed in writing before shipment. No returns, refunds or exchanges for bulk orders unless there is a proven internal product quality issue.
