Ashraf Choob Hakhamanesh ensures reliable and timely delivery of construction materials using industry-standard packaging and trusted carriers. We offer shipments under common Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP) and provide full documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Test Reports, Insurance Certificate upon request). Transit insurance and international packing options are available. Delivery times depend on product and Incoterm selected; typical lead-time is 15–30 business days from payment confirmation.
Refund Policy
Refunds
For B2B orders of construction materials, refunds are processed only after a formal claim and inspection. Visible damage must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery; hidden defects must be reported within 30 calendar days. After validation, we offer replacement, credit note, or refund based on the case. Refund processing time: up to 30 business days after claim approval.

Order Cancellation & Returns
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 48 hours of order confirmation if production has not started. For bulk/custom orders, cancellations after production start are non-refundable or subject to charges. Returns and exchanges are accepted only for verified quality issues and handled per our claims procedure.
