End Connections

Nexa Energy Unions are available in a choice end connections, API line pipe threads are standard, butt weld ends and socket weld ends can be provided. The customer should specify the schedule of pipe while ordering.

Sour Service

Sour service is available and all H2S service parts of Nexa Energy unions conform to the latest NACE specification.

Low Temperature Service

Nexa Energy Unions can be supplied for low temperature applications with suitable impact value testing.

Interchangeability

All Nexa Energy union components if the same size and figure number are Weco interchangeable. All Nexa Energy union nuts have 3 hammer lugs.

Nexa Energy union are supplied with full traceability documentation for each components.

Integral Union Connections

Nexa Energy manufactures a line of high pressure integral union connection in pressure ratings to 15,000 PSI CWP, Including but not limited to crosses, Ells, Tees, Wyes.

Other Wing Union

Nexa Energy also manufacturers a range of hex Union, Hammer seal, Tank union and flat face unions where sealing is dependent on a O-Ring fitted between the Grooves machined on the mating metal parts.
