Description
High Density Polyethylene (HDPE INJECTION)
As you know, heavy polyethylene is known for its high density. In another word, the molecular Of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE INJECTION) formula has a small number of branches. As well as, its molecular strength is stronger and has a higher tensile strength than light polyethylene. Also, This difference in density has increased the strength of this product.
Heavy polyethylene has a high molecular weight that high molecular weight, as well as high density, provides good properties, including stiffness with abrasion resistance greater than average and high chemical resistance. The melting point is very high and the use of stabilizers seems to be necessary.
Tubes made of heavy polyethylene are mainly used in gas distribution networks, Also, distribution and supply of water, irrigation and industrial wastewater pipes.
Heavy polythene is thicker and matte and shows a very high resistance to heat.
Typical Application:
Due to its high resistance to many solvents, its application is wide-ranging:
- Fish boxes
- Crates and tote boxes
- House wares
